According to the weather forecasts, extreme low temperatures (-15°C or 5°F) and possible snowfall are expected during the conference. Please do not forget to bring appropriate clothing. For those of you planning on taking a taxi to the conference venue, you can get off at the corner of Melbourne Ave. and 150 Street. This will drop you off directly beside the Science Building (see Gate 2 on the campus map provided on the MORIS website or in the program). To minimize delay due to taxi shortages, we recommend you to make an advanced reservation at the hotel reception, if possible. When returning from the campus to your hotel, there are several taxi companies serving the Queens College campus area. It will be difficult to flag a taxi on the street, but you can request one at Melbourne Ave & 150th St. (or the Queens College Main Gate) from Skyway Car Service by calling 718-591-7000.
